In order to best service our summer residents we have made some changes for a more efficient system. We appreciate you taking the time to read them carefully.  When you register online for housing, you will be asked to acknowledge at the bottom of the registration form, that you understand and agree to the polices, which will serve as an agreed upon arrangement between resident and the Summer Conferences Office. Thank you.

Registration:
Registration will remain open from February 4th, 2019 through 5 business days prior to a session start. (ex. Monday July 15th deadline for housing is Monday, July 8th)

Payment:
No one will be allowed to check in unless payment has been made 5 business days prior to your check in date. Your reservation will be cancelled and your bed will be released back into the system.

Check In and Check Out:

Check in Times are limited to the following:
Monday—Saturday 7am—11pm and Sunday 12pm—11pm.
The on call staff are available to assist with check in’s from 7pm—11pm only.

Check Out Times for Hartt Summer term Students:
Fridays 7am—3pm
If you rented linen; it needs to be returned to the office upon check out. You will be charged a $20 fee if the complete packet is not returned in the original packaging to the office.

Express Check Out:
For those needing to check out prior to 7am, there will be detailed instructions offered at check in. If this applies to you, please inquire at that time.

Reservation Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your room reservation for any reason, this must be done 5 business days prior to your check in. No refunds are given. The only exception is if the class is cancelled.
